Founded by Kitty Willow in 2013, Kandy Wilfrench is a husband and wife-to-be team, consisting of Kitty Willow, wh lovingly hand knits,cross stitches and handcrafts all the items which are avaliable for sale, while fiancee Andy is her design consultant and main holder of the purse strings.
